Bookazines are a combination of books and magazines in their length and focused narrative. REFRAME, empowerment and diversity. We focused around certain issues that surround society till this day. The mood of the book is minimalistic. The Solution was first deciding which aesthetic was the bookazine going to contain through out the whole thing. Neutral colors were used to represent that equality between genders, and not specifically color that will enhance stereotypes with color and gender.
A collage design technique was used to created that misconstruction of a typical magazine. Overall the look and feel was successfully used throughout the book to bring awareness to this issues. Below you will see a poster design inspired by the bookazine.
Poster was then designed with details and design features from the series of book. Something abstract and collage was ideal to represent tall the parts of this book and what makes it so unique and empowered.
